Time flies, and another academic year has come to an end, which means our summer holidays are here. We have two weeks off while the university is closed, but before heading on holiday, we all met for a fun afternoon together. This is becoming a bit of a tradition: before the Christmas break it was board games, last summer we solved a “murder mystery”, and this summer we tried a newly opened activity in Zaragoza: Urban Invaders, a sort of “the floor is lava” game.
The game is rather simple: the floor is made of interactive tiles that light up, and you need to touch (or avoid) them as fast as possible. A video for the curious ones! It turned out to be more cooperative than one might expect, and quite fun. After an hour of jumping around, we were definitely ready to have dinner together and officially welcome the summer holidays.
