El País is one of the most important newspapers in Spain. Each year, they organize the event «EL PAÍS con tu Futuro» for students in their pre-university year to inspire them to choose their career path. This year, 1,800 students were invited, and the event took place in a large cinema hall in Madrid—likely the largest audience I’ve ever spoken to. I shared my personal experience studying Physics and how that choice led me to eye research.
