From 4th to 6th of June three members of the group (Ana R. Arizcuren, Juan Casado-Moreno, and Laura Remón) travelled to Granada to take part in the Biophotonics for Eye Research (BER) International Doctoral Summer School (BER2025) — an inspiring event that brought together early-career researchers and leading experts in biophotonics and vision science.
The programme included lectures, an interactive poster session, and plenty of opportunities for discussion and exchange. Each of us presented our ongoing work during the poster sessions, which sparked really interesting conversations and helpful feedback from both peers and senior researchers.
Events like BER2025 offer not only an opportunity to share scientific work, but also to build connections, gain fresh perspectives, and strengthen collaborations within the international vision science community. We are already looking forward to future editions!
