Dr. Kreps is one of those few ophthalmologists who, on top of clinical consultations and eye surgeries, finds time to do high-quality research. She works at Ghent University Hospital in Ghent, Belgium. She did her PhD on keratoconus but lately has changed gears to uveitis. We were lucky enough to have her for a week in Zaragoza. She introduced us to the complexity of the disease via the seminar “Imaging in Uveitis”. We were also able to pick her brain on different research projects and share common plans for the upcoming months.
